At Flagship City Press, every order is packed with care and shipped as soon as possible. Below is our general shipping policy for online orders.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

Shipping is available within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination.

We typically ship using carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Free local pickup is available at our flagship store.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup is available during our regular store hours.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can assist.

While we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, we’re happy to help you initiate a claim if needed.

To ship items to more than one address, please place separate orders.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
